Mentor/Advisor Support Form
We require a statement of support from the mentors or research advisors of each school applicant. The mentor does not need to be at the student's home institution (for example, if the student is working full-time at a national lab instead of their home university). Please include a statement whether you can support the student's travel expenses. Room and board will be provided by the school.
